Terms & Conditions

These terms are the agreement between you and Echo AI for using echoai.me and the tools on it. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use Echo AI.

Who can use Echo AI

You need to be at least 13, and old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live; if you're under 18, use Echo AI with a parent or guardian's involvement. If you're using it for an organization, you're confirming you can bind that organization to these terms.

Your account

Keep your login details to yourself and your account secure — what happens under it is your responsibility. Tell us promptly if you notice unauthorized use. Sign-in is handled directly by Echo AI, with email and password or optional Google or GitHub sign-in.

Using the service

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Echo AI while you follow these terms. You may use the results you create, including commercially, as long as you hold the rights to the images you started from and you're not breaking the law or our Content Policy. You may not resell or redistribute the service itself, scrape it, reverse engineer it, overload it, or work around its limits and protections.

What you can and can't make

Your use of Echo AI is subject to our Content Policy, which is part of these terms. It covers things like illegal material, sexual content, non-consensual likeness edits, and impersonation. Breaking it is a breach of this agreement.

Your content

You keep ownership of the images you upload and the results you generate. To run the tools, you give us the limited permission we need to store and process your content and show it back to you. You promise you hold the rights to everything you upload and to the edits you request, and that your use doesn't infringe anyone's rights or privacy. You're responsible for your content and for keeping your own copies.

Our content

Echo AI's software, design, branding, and text belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. These terms don't hand you any rights to them beyond using the service as intended.

Plans, credits, and payment

Some features run on credits or paid plans. Prices, credit amounts, and what each plan includes are shown at checkout and can change going forward. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the method you provide. Unless stated otherwise, purchases are one-time and don't renew automatically; if a plan does renew, we'll say so before you buy.

Refunds

Because generations use computing resources the moment you run them, purchases are generally non-refundable. We'll still look at reasonable requests. To be considered, all of the following should be true:

• It's the first purchase on your account.
• You've used only a small portion of the credits.
• You write to us within a few days of buying, with a genuine reason.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. We don't refund simply for not using what you bought or for changing your mind. Reach us at support@echoai.me.

Third-party services

Echo AI relies on and links to services we don't control — sign-in, payments, hosting, analytics, and embedded content such as videos. Their terms and privacy practices are their own, and we're not responsible for them.

The service is provided "as is"

We work to keep Echo AI useful and available, but we offer it without warranties. Results from AI tools vary and won't always be accurate or fit your purpose, and the service may have downtime or change over time. You use it at your own discretion.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, Echo AI isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits, or opportunities arising from your use of the service. Where we are found liable, our total responsibility is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, in which case they apply as far as permitted.

Your responsibility to us

If your use of Echo AI or your content leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and damages that result, to the extent the law allows.

Suspension and closing accounts

You can stop using Echo AI and delete your account anytime. We can suspend or end access if you break these terms or the Content Policy, if we're required to, or to protect the service and the people who use it. Serious violations can mean an immediate, permanent ban.

Changes

We may update the service and these terms as things evolve. When we change the terms, we'll update the date above, and significant changes get clearer notice. Continuing to use Echo AI afterward means you accept the new version.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws that apply where Echo AI's operating entity is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are handled by the courts there — unless local consumer law gives you rights that override this. We'd always rather sort a problem out directly, so please contact us before taking anything further.
